What data we process and why

Waitlist: if you sign up, we use your email to tell you about new versions of Enki. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the unsubscribe link in every email.

Analytics: we count visits in aggregate and without cookies using Umami. No IP addresses or personal identifiers are stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site are used.

Downloads: Enki's files are downloaded from GitHub. When you click a download link you leave this website and GitHub's privacy policy applies.

Buttondown (waitlist management) and site.es (hosting of the website and the analytics).

Retention

Your email is kept while you remain subscribed. Aggregate analytics data can't identify you.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to enki.support@rezzt.dev. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

The app is not the website

This policy only covers this website. The Enki app keeps your notes and data on your own computer and doesn't send usage data to any server.
